Founded by Dr. Faisal Al-Hababi in 2019, Misfer Law seeks to evolve into a major legal hub for excellent representation, research and publications, social responsibility and professional values in Qatar and around the globe.

Misfer Law is named after Misfer Al-Hababi, a prominent public prosecutor who served in landmark cases and made an extraordinary career in public service.

We are committed to public service through offering pro bono programs, legal clinics and awareness events.

Our Founding Partner

Dr. Faisal M. Al-Hababi

Dr. Faisal Misfer Al-Hababi is a licensed attorney and law professor at Qatar University College of Law, where he primarily teaches public international law topics. Recent courses taught by Dr. Al-Hababi are Public International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Law of the Sea, Public Taxation.

Al-Hababi holds a law doctorate (“S.J.D.”) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in the United States and an "LL.M." in International Law and Justice from Fordham University School of Law in New York, USA. Dr. Al-Hababi has published essays and articles in different law journals, and was a key speaker in various conferences.
